Bond and transfer costsAn illustration of transfer duty, conveyancing, and a rates-clearance line. It is an estimate of costs, not a conveyancer’s account.
Municipal rollYou store the figure from your rates account or the municipality’s published roll, including the roll year. The hub does not fetch the roll for you. Rates on the screen are an illustration.
Solar sizingThe steps for a system sit on Insight Green Solar. The screen does not invent a kilowatt size.
Market intelligencePrime and the rate index, as published figures. The page does not tell you to refinance.
